Take a break in the middle of your (work) day for some relaxing gentle yoga. Cue your innate ability to unwind stress with breathing and moving. We will calm the mind, gently work out the kinks, build the heart rate, release stress in the low back and stretch out those bunched up places that we chronically sink into during our workday. We guarantee immediate results! So join us for 60 minutes, or even just 5... we know you are busy :) You can even stay in your work clothes! Open to all levels.
