Centering Yoga (level I/II)

Ease of movement happens through integration. In this class we create an intentional, deliberate practice, using our body as a resource to inform our well-being. Grounding, gathering to mid-line, and finding the breath will help us create a whole-body awareness that can support us in the other parts of our day. This class incorporates poses that range from the foundational to the more advanced, but is still accessible to all levels.
