Yoga makes us whole by integrating our organism with all of life: the earth beneath us, the sky above us, and all of our living brothers and sisters around us. Yoga is a curative practice that softens resistance to our potential for longevity and peace of mind. Nina Be creates specific movement sequences that support the body's innate grace and intelligence in order to become more fully present. 

The movement vocabulary used in this class has foundations in yoga, dance and meditation. It is open to all levels of yoga and movement experience. The class environment is full of music, spirit, and celebration.
