Sleep Sound is a flow class that releases the tension of the day through synchronized movement and breath, Vinyasa. The pace is deliberate, allowing you to fully arrive into each posture. Carefully selected music will accompany the movement as Sound that can assist in freeing your thoughts and bringing you deeper into your practice. The idea of Sleep Sound is to clear your mind and ready your body for sleep. Closed eye practice is welcomed to feel the music and the body without distractions of the visual world. All levels welcome.
