This class is a simple flow to encourage you to take a break in the middle of your (work) day.  Incorporating stretch and gentle flexibility this class will open you to release and practice stopping. If you are a weekend warrior, a highly tuned athlete or a beginner just looking to experience yoga and get loosened up, this class is for you!
