'Centering' is a concept used to describe the process of gathering a potter's clay at the center of the wheel, so that the clay does not get thrown out into the spinning world (which is exactly what happens to human beings when they live in a busy world that can fragment and 'stress' their strength). We incorporate integrating breathing techniques, strengthening work for the upper and lower body, and stretches to release tension.

Whether you are a seasoned yogi, or perhaps recovering from an injury/surgery, or have recently decided that it's time to bump up the Self-care routine a notch, this class will be highly supportive.
