This class takes a curative approach to Classical Yoga (as taught by Dharma Mittra) and Ashtanga Yoga (as mentored by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois).  Every class will focus on alignment, the chakras, and applying principles from the 8 Limbs of Yoga. The class is designed to support the whole body physically, mentally, and energetically. This is not "power yoga".
