Take a break in the middle of your (work) day for some fun yoga! Unwind stress, breathe and move. We will calm the mind, gently work out the kinks, build the heart rate, release stress, and stretch out those bunched up places that we chronically sink into during our workday. Notice how your afternoon productivity actually increases! Open to all levels.
