This series is geared to debunk all myths surrounding 'lack of flexibility'. If you have a flexibility issue, I guarantee it will be resolved with your participation in this 10 class series. If you show up, you will change!
I designed this class especially for athletes that just don't get those stretches in that can prevent injury & create space in the body and mind for more energy capacity and range of motion. We'll start with a bit of easy warm up, and spend the last half of class lengthening, and working out all those kinks.
