So... you haven't been able to touch your toes since college. As a matter of fact, you may not even be able to see them when you look down. Perhaps you've been pretty stressed or anxious, but don't feel comfortable talking to your guy friends about this. And everybody (especially your wife/girlfriend/partner/mom) has been telling you to try out some yoga. But... maybe you're not so comfortable in a room full of women who already seem to know exactly what to do. Well, guess what, this is your class! We spend time finding some ease in our movement, building strength, and creating flexibility. Learn simple ways to de-stress. We may even talk about power tools. Mats are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own. Wear some comfortable clothes (warm-up pants, shorts, t-shirt). If you tend to perspire easily, make sure to bring a towel. Yoga is performed barefoot. Open to all levels. But remember: this class is just for guys - no girls allowed in this tree house :)
