This series is geared to debunk all myths surrounding 'lack of flexibility'. If you have a flexibility issue, I guarantee it will be resolved with your participation in this 10 class series. If you show up, you will change!

I designed this class especially for athletes that just don't get those stretches in that can prevent injury & create space in the body and mind for more energy capacity and range of motion. We'll start with a bit of easy warm up, and spend the last half of class lengthening, and working out all those kinks.

This class is not open to drop ins.  Please check with Nina to see if you can begin the series after it has begun in order to complete the series .
