This class offers everyone exposure to the core principals of Yoga: breathing, relaxation, awareness of mind and body, anatomy, stretching and strength. It doesn't matter if this is your first or hundredth time practicing yoga, there is always something new to discover about ourselves. And when we slow down a bit, we really get to notice how we are doing.   

The core philosophy of MindBody Centering is to look for transformation in each breath as a practice of gentle kindness to Self and others.  We build strength by recognizing our habits that create suffering & block our potentiality, and use the energy gained by letting go..... to fly!
