The most effective and powerful postures of Yoga are inversions. Inversions build fearlessness, strength, tenacity and inner wisdom. The anti-aging effects of inversions are profound, and they do wonders for most folks in fighting dis-ease.
We will begin with a 30 minute MindBody Centering Asana practice, then we will explore beginner to intermediate handstands and forearm stands. We will finish our time inverted into the 'king' and 'queen' inversions, shoulder stand and headstand.
