This class will take the participants through a series of soothing and challenging postures. Inspired by Ashtanga Vinyasa,  each class is designed to be a complete experience,  leaving one centered, grounded, and refreshed. Practitioners of all levels are welcomed.  Variations of postures are offered based upon the skill level of the participants.
