The focus of this class is on finding the balance between effort and ease. When athletes push themselves in specific, patterned ways, mobility and range becomes limited over time. We will work towards achieving greater ease and more efficient effort in movement, creating space for increased athletic ability and more comfort in day to day life. Classes will include flow to work on balance and alignment, and restorative poses to reduce tension and help with opening.
