Intermediate / Advance Level

Incorporating postures and sequences from the MBCY I/II/III practices, this class is a fun, vigorous way to forget about your workday! After spending some time grounding and finding the breath, we move into a powerful Vinyasa (breath-synchronized movement) practice, exploring familiar postures (with modifications for more advanced yogis) and perhaps some (less familiar) challenges! This class is not for the novice yogi, but no one is ever excluded :) Bart offers lots of modifications and suggestions for those with tightness or injuries.
