Come unwind & tap into your inner creative wisdom.  We'll begin with a gentle Vinyasa flow to unwind your body from the morning and then move into some simple breathing exercises to unwind you're mind. To close out the class, we'll color! Yes, you read that right. Coloring! We'll tap into our child selves to clear out stale assumptions and open our brains to new connections. Can't wait to see you there!
