The Embodied Life classes are designed to build our capacity for Awareness and Presence. We use movement, sitting meditation and somatic inquiry to increase our ability to notice what we are sensing, feeling and doing. As we stay more present through body awareness, we become less run by our busy minds. This in turn opens us up to sensing the support of the field of energy that surrounds us.
The Embodied Life practices are very simple. Participating only requires a willingness to slow down and attend deeply. The goal is to cultivate a life where we have the strength to be kind and generous towards ourselves and others. The body and present moment awareness hold the key.
