This class will focus on easeful flowing postures supported by the breath and innate support and self organizing abilities of the body and mind.  We will find ways to execute seemingly difficult postures by gradually sneaking up on them...honoring the body's wishes to cooperate with our every wish if we just give it a chance and some time.
