Please join us for a simple yet powerful meditation practice, in Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village tradition. 

We sit for about 15-20 minutes (blankets and bolsters provided, or you can bring your own), followed by a short walking meditation. After that Bart will share some teachings from the Breath Mindfulness Discourse, and how you can apply these mindfulness practices to your everyday life. We'll do a a brief check-in to see how everyone is doing, and end with a short Yoga Nidra, which supports deep relaxation.

Everyone is welcome, even if you have never meditated before!

This gathering is led by Bart, who has studied mindfulness for many years with Thich Nhat Hanh, creating a very light and accessible practice, focused on finding present moment awareness through the body & the breath.

There is a suggested donation of $5 for this practice, which supports the building of the Ingrid School in Matopeni, Kenya.
