Please join us for a simple yet powerful meditation practice, in Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village tradition. This light & accessible practice is focused on finding present moment awareness through the body and the breath. We sit for about 15-20 minutes (blankets and bolsters provided, or you can bring your own), followed by a short walking meditation. After that Bart will share some teachings from the Breath Mindfulness Discourse, and how you can apply these mindfulness practices to your everyday life. We do a brief check-in (Dharma sharing) to see how everyone is doing, and end with a short Yoga Nidra, which supports deep relaxation.
