Kundalini Yoga uses movement, sound, breath and meditation to relax and heal your mind and body. This powerful yoga is a great way to recharge and heal your body quickly. It stimulates the nervous and immune systems, while improving strength and flexibility.  

This class explores the magic of Kundalini yoga and meditation, combined with the healing vibration of the gong. It centers the mind and opens the spirit, bringing a feeling of well-being and happiness.  

This is an open level class. All are welcome!

This is a 'regular' drop-in class. You can pay for a drop-in, or use your class pass (5/10, monthly, intro pass, etc).
