After a few simple breathing practices and some foundational sun salutations, we will break down familiar postures, so you can deepen your understanding of how and why we practice yoga. Nina Be and Bart teach this class together, so there will be space for each individuals needs with personalized guidance. Open to all levels.
This is a 'regular' drop-in class. You can pay for a drop-in, or use your class pass (5/10, monthly, intro pass, etc).
