Over the course of our lifetime, energetic walls can build up. This may be identified as pain. The mental formation surrounding the pain, is stored deep inside our hearts. This can lead to mental, emotional and physical side effects manifesting within our bodies. 

Through gentle guidance we can name and release blocked energies inside the body. We learn to fully trust our being and embrace the fullness of our potential.

The end result is a state of freedom; freedom from pain, and a newfound beautiful personal relationship with yourself. 

We hope the experience of gentle and kind guidance will be used by you and your loved ones over the course of time to replace layers of pain with peace and love.

 

All are invited to relax into a comfortable restorative yoga place for guided breathing and meditations. The eyes are closed so that the mind and body can become calm. The experience is meant to be one of quiet and healing. This class is open to all with all levels of experience.
