This class is for Dudes. Dudes of all shapes and sizes. All genders. Just make sure to leave the toilet seat up. During this class we work on building 'core' strength. From a keg to a sixpack. Strengthen the upper body. Get yuuuge. Work on tight hips/hamstrings/shoulders. Get all flexible and stuff. No yoga experience necessary. Dude.
