Take some time midweek to practice metta, also known as lovingkindness - all inclusive, unconditional love that helps strengthen compassion for all living beings. We’ll drop in, find some steadiness, do some all levels asana, and finish with a short meditation after savasana. This is a great way to move your body, make room in your mind, and to connect with others through sharing space and offering your practice. All are welcome! Lunch classes always end right on time, so you can make it back to work without getting in trouble.
