A powerful way to bookend your workweek! This is a fun, strengthening movement class, inspired by Pattabhi Jois' Ashtanga Primary Series. Several sets of Surya Namaskara A & B are followed by standing postures, balancing, seated stretches, inversions and backbends. Since it is the middle of the day, we'll make sure you can still get back to work without needing to take a shower first :)
