What is the Wisdom Body? No, its not more 'special' labeling for those in the know...Promise!
The 'wisdom body' is that part of yourself that is always pure and connected to your innate wisdom. It’s the part of us that knows right from wrong, how to care about others, instilling life, integrity, compassion and deep survival skills, when they are called upon. These are the attributes that support health and happiness in a sustainable way.
This series will be an opportunity to check in with those parts of ourselves that have always known we were good and that we belonged, that we have a particular and unique purpose... even though our experiences may have created a strong layer of dullness covering that essential Truth.
Nina Be will have just returned from an Intensive Training with Master Teacher Sri Dharma Mittra, so this will be potent on many levels. We will use the breath, yoga, writing, creative movement and discussion to fortify new positive language for our Path to transforming trauma into a powerful life!
