This class creates an oasis of calm in the middle of a fast paced day. We begin by connecting to breathing techniques that relax the mind and body. These are simple exercises that can be practiced throughout one's day. The bulk of the yoga class releases obvious points of strain in the jaw, shoulders, lower back, hamstrings, quadriceps and feet. These movement sequences are well researched to deeply repattern chronic tension. This class is open to all levels. No prior yoga experience necessary.
