Classes marked with * are “beginner friendly”, meaning that they are good classes to try if you are new(er) to yoga. They are still open to all levels, so yogis from all experience backgrounds can join.

You can pre-register for a class through MindBody by clicking on the ‘sign up’ button, or you can simply drop in. Please keep in mind that some classes do fill up, so it is recommended to pre-register. Please email us at if you have any questions about how to register/pay for classes.
